2011 continues to offer many new challenges and opportunities.  2009 turned out to be the most challenging year in over a decade; we lost a few friends and customers due to unforeseen attrition. Every business is now challenged to operate more efficiently, while still offering more competitive prices and services. Our team has embraced the challenge by working harder and more efficiently. Service is the one component we pride ourselves on and that is one area we will not discount. A few competitors have only used price as a benefit, but at the expense of reduced or non-existent service.

We continue to intensify our in house training and have invited our top vendors, such as Derema Group, Master Lock, Dubach Racing, and Diversified Products to help educate our technical staff. Our outside representatives have been donating their own extra hours for dealer weekend sales, training sessions and additional delivery service to meet your needs.

We are proud our company keeps our customers from having to tolerate voice mail “hell” in our facility. We still answer every phone call personally and put voice mail into effect after hours. We have invested in more technology to serve our customers needs. We now offer 24/7 on-line inventory status, internet dealer price quotes and ordering; we invest to serve you better.

We still lead the battery industry with our own Power Source AGM technology which many or our competitors try to copy. Being the leader in the battery industry requires constant improvements; we challenge our competition with our new “Super Battery” in the popular WPX20L-BS configuration. “If you can ride it – we can start it” is our motto.
